This Refund Policy applies to purchases of VisitorIQ from Outbox Labs.

ALL FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partially used subscription periods.
  • Unused seats, usage, features, or capacity.
  • Downgrades, cancellations, or plan changes.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

If required by applicable law, we will honor mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, by purchasing you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
